These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MealBuilder application, available at app.firestonephysiquecoaching.com (the "Service"), operated by Firestone Fit LLC, doing business as Firestone Physique Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide access to anyone under 18.
MealBuilder provides tools to help estimate calorie and macronutrient targets, search and build meals from a recipe database, and plan daily meals based on your goals. Some features (including personalized meal-swap tools built around a coach's real food list) are available only to active coaching clients of Firestone Physique Coaching under a separate coaching agreement.
This Service is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical, dietetic, or health advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider. Calorie and macro estimates are based on standard formulas and general population data — they are starting points, not personalized medical guidance. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of disordered eating, consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or exercise based on anything calculated here.
You sign in using a one-time email link (no password is stored). You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that's how you access your MealBuilder account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
The Service offers a limited number of free searches. Continued full access requires a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing is $19.99/month or $169/year, billed in advance, processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
You can cancel anytime through the self-serve billing portal in the app. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access through the end of your current paid period — access does not end immediately upon cancellation.
We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree not to attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or access controls; access or attempt to access another user's account or data; use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract the recipe database or other content at scale; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The recipe database, calculation methods, design, and other content within the Service are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service or its content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculated results will be accurate for your specific circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any health outcomes resulting from reliance on calculated estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
