This Privacy Policy explains how Firestone Fit LLC, doing business as Firestone Physique Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MealBuilder application at app.firestonephysiquecoaching.com (the "Service").
Account information: your email address, used to sign you in via a one-time link. We never see or store a password.
Usage information: how many searches you've used toward your free limit, your subscription status, and basic activity within the app (which tools you use).
Information you enter for calculations: age, sex, height, weight, body fat percentage, and activity level, if you choose to provide them to calculate calorie and macro targets. This information is used only to power the calculators you interact with and is not used for any other purpose.
Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — only limited billing information (such as subscription status and a Stripe customer reference) needed to manage your subscription.
Feedback you submit: if you use the in-app feedback tool, we collect your email, your message, and which page you submitted it from.
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service (including enforcing free-tier search limits and subscription access), process payments and manage subscriptions, respond to feedback and support requests, and improve the Service, including the recipe database and calculation tools.
We do not sell your personal information.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on their platforms.
If you are a coaching client of Firestone Physique Coaching, your access to certain tools within the Service (such as the client-only meal-swap feature) is tied to your separate coaching relationship. Any health, fitness, or nutrition information you share with your coach directly (outside this app, such as through check-ins or messaging) is governed by your coaching agreement, not this Policy.
We retain your account and usage information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account information is retained in case you resubscribe, unless you request deletion as described below.
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and associated data, or cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app billing portal.

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our database. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we've collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
